GeeZees Custom Canvas

This week I should have been busy planning a birthday party for my son's 4th birthday. However, there were no party favors to buy, no invitations to send out, no birthday cake, no friends and family for a party. There was however my wonderful friends caring for me and a tree donated by The Magnolia Company planted in Parker's memory at a local park.

I did receive a very special gift this year though. Stephanie at GeeZees Custom Canvas created a beautiful masterpiece to showcase a sweet memory of my son. I sent her a photo - but struggled what to have written. I have a special song that I sing to all my children and as hard as it was I sang it to Parker as I cradled him in my arms the night he passed away.

I had no idea what to expect from GeeZees. When I received my canvas my expectations were simply blown away. She captured a beautiful moment that I will be able to treasure forever.

Gentry Rose fights Autism

When I was going through Parker's journey of battling cancer my dear friend Melody was there every step of the way. From the very beginning of washing my dirty clothes, to collecting maternity clothes for me and fun videos for Parker...she was there. She was a "constant" when many strayed away.

Melody's sweet little girl is now on a journey of her own. She has recently been diagnosed with autism and they are quickly finding out that this road is going to be long and expensive. Unfortunately their insurance company is also not stepping up to cover expenses. As a mom you know that you would do anything for your child and this family is no different. Despite the thousands of dollars it will cost a month for treatment they are pushing forward.
